Surfing Data
Our internet provider will run Google Analytics which collects data such as: the user’s server address, top level domain name, time and date visited, pages visit, documents downloaded. No attempt will be made to identify the user or their contact details. The information is only for the purpose of keeping the website relevant.

Cookie Placement
Our host OM4 describes thus: “A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns.” WordPress uses cookies – the friendly ones – and they cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive, pass on computer viruses, or capture your email address. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but the drawback is that many sites will not function at optimum.

Business Transaction
When you purchase wines through our online shop, you will be sending your details via the secure Paypal site, and we will have no record of your credit card details. You also have the option to order via telephone, email, or mail, and can choose to pay via cheque, direct transfer, or credit card. We never keep any credit card information.
